Aunt Nancy's' Sauerkraut Pork Roast

Aunt Nancy picks potatoes from the garden!

She grew them.

We put the pork roast in Grandma Edith Kreider's roasting pan with sauerkraut covering bottom of pan, 2 apples, 3 Tbsp. brown sugar, 2 onions chopped with salt and pepper.


Lid on roasting pan into 350 degree oven for 3 hours.


Add potatoes and cook for 1 1/2 hours.


Checking to see if it's done.


Dinner is served and so good.
